The cancellation period begins on the day you or a third party (excluding the delivery carrier) takes possession of the goods.

Effects of Cancellation

We will refund all payments received from you within 14 days after receiving your return or proof of return, using the same payment method used in the original transaction.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

We offer a 14-day return policy for most products. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at support@lgnisclay.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or damaged.
