How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide your shipping and payment details to complete the order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer installment payment options.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can modify or cancel your order within ​48 hoursof placing it by contacting our customer service team. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all countries and regions where our website allows orders to be placed.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes ​6-15 business days. Orders are prioritized from our warehouses in the UK and Germany. If an item is out of stock, it will be shipped directly from China.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over €79. For orders under €79, a flat shipping fee of €4.99 applies.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its status on our website.

What is your return policy?

We offer a ​14-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within ​14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original packaging and unused.

For damaged or defective products due to non-human causes, we will provide a full refund. In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the return of the product, subject to customer service approval.
